Square mints are brill

A minty chocolatey smell flowed through the air.

It seemed to be emanating from my chair.

But it wasn't there, so where?

I really did care.

 It was a tempting aroma I wanted in my tummy.

It smelt absolutely yummy.

Then I realised it came from under the tree and I honed in on it, I could not wait...

somebody had opened the After Eights.

Although it was only one o'clock I had to put it in my mouth,

and soon it's coolness went south.

We have to remember that After Eights are not only for this time of year.

You can eat them at anytime to gain that festive cheer.
