Weighing in Time

I weighed myself today and I'm pleased say,
my weight has stayed the same,
and it's time to play the dieting game.

First, I've got to lose the four pounds I put on over  Christmas.
That's a definite must.

So here goes, a week of not eating sweets, cakes and biscuits is the plan.
I'll try to avoid them as much as I can.
