What is it?

I must be dreaming, it cannot be true,

there is something in the air that is really blue.

Not only that, there's a yellow thing in the sky, 

it's been there for two days now, I wonder why?

It's a strange thing, it's bright and cheerful,

I'm feeling quite fearful.

It's making me feel happy and frivolous too,

and it's ruining my hair-do.

My hubby tells me that I've seen one before, he says it's called a sun.

But I can't remember seeing one.

So I'll take his word for it, because it's making me feel happy and glad to be alive.

I just hope this enigma will be able to thrive.

Anyway, whatever it is, I will welcome it with open arms, 

because it certainly has its charm.
