Gis a job

Thinking that I'd save a bit of money, I decided to take my CV down town and photocopy it.

But it cost £6.00, what a shock!

It would have cost less to print it off, I felt such a twit.

I did ask how much it would cost but forgot just how many had to be done.

The poor boy must have been alarmed when, shocked beyond belief, I said, is that right son?

It was a little humiliating when the man proceeded to give me a lesson on multiplication and addition.

I really was embarrassed and full of contrition.

Still, we live and learn and it won't happen again, but I could have used that money for a well deserved piece of cake and coffee.

Silly me.
